Who the controller is
The controller of personal data is the company operating this website and the AI TECH tools. Company details and a contact address are on the About page.
The data you enter into the tools
Everything you enter — items, prices, dates, notes and attached files — is stored solely in your browser, on the device you are using. It is not sent to any server, ours included.
What follows from that:
- We cannot see, export or restore this data, because we do not have it.
- If you clear your browser data, remove the browser or lose the device, the data is gone. That is why every browser tool offers a backup — use it.
- If several people use the device, everyone using the same browser profile can see the data.
Data created when you buy
The purchase does not happen with us but through an external sales platform that is the merchant of record and handles VAT. The data necessary for the purchase is created there: email address, invoicing details and payment details. We never see or store your card details.
From the sales platform we receive what we need to grant access and provide support: email address, product purchased and subscription status.
Licence key checks
When you enter a licence key, it is verified directly with the sales platform. Only the key itself and a device label are transmitted, so that activations can be counted. The contents of your records are never sent.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising networks and no analytics that could identify you. The tools use local browser storage to keep your data and settings — that is necessary for them to work and is not tracking.
If we ever add visitor measurement, we will choose a service without personal profiles and write it here before switching it on.
How long we keep data
Purchase-related data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and as long as tax rules require. Data you enter into the tools never reaches us, so no retention period applies to it on our side.
Your rights
For the data we do process, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to our contact address to exercise them. If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
