The platform reports you to the tax office.
Proving what you paid is on you.

Under the DAC7 rules, online marketplaces report their sellers once a year. They report your turnover — not what the items cost you. DAC7 Ledger keeps that record for you, stores your proof and prints the report at the end of the year.

The problem

What everyone puts off

These are not invented examples. This is how people across Europe describe the same bind.

I buy things second hand, not new, so I almost never get any document for the purchase. Then it hit me — what if the tax office wants its cut?seller, Poland
How am I even supposed to know how much profit I made? I don't keep receipts for every item I've bought over the past few years.Vinted seller, Netherlands
Since the DAC7 rule I have basically stopped using the app. The whole thing is so unclear that I couldn't find any decent information about it.seller, Belgium
I wish there was an easier way to keep up with how much I make. I'll clearly have to build a spreadsheet.Vinted seller
What it does

The work it takes off your hands

1

Real proof, not just a tick box

Attach a photo of the receipt, a screenshot of the listing or a PDF to each item, and add a link to where you bought it. The files stay on your device. The tool shows you exactly which items still have no proof.

2

Threshold tracking per platform

The threshold counts per platform — 30 sales or 2,000 € in a calendar year. A traffic light tells you where you are under, where you are getting close and where you have gone over.

3

It knows your country's rules

Pick your country and the tool tells you what applies there — from Slovenia and Croatia to Germany, Poland and the United Kingdom. For countries outside the EU it says plainly that DAC7 does not apply.

4

Every field explained

There is a question mark next to every term. Hover over it and you get a plain-language explanation of what is expected and why it matters.

5

CSV import from any platform

Export from Vinted, eBay or Etsy and load the file. You map the columns yourself, so it works with any format — even after a platform changes its export.

6

A report you can hand over

One click gives you a clean document listing your sales with purchase price, sale price and the difference. Print it or save it as PDF and give it to your accountant.

7

What the item really costs you

Since 1 July 2026, parcels from outside the EU worth up to 150 € carry a flat 3 € customs duty per tariff classification — not per piece and not per parcel. Enter the shipment and the tool works out the duty, the import VAT and what one piece actually costs, so you can see whether it is still worth buying.

8

Profit, month by month

What paid off and what did not: profit and margin by month, by category and by platform, how much money is tied up in unsold stock, how long each piece has been sitting and the lowest price at which it still does not lose money.

Languages

The tool speaks 28 languages

The whole interface is translated into 28 languages — every EU country, the Balkans, Russian and Ukrainian. You switch with one click.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is DAC7?

A European rule requiring online platforms to report, once a year, the sellers who make more than 30 sales or exceed 2,000 € in turnover in a calendar year. The threshold is the same in every EU country and counts per platform. The United Kingdom applies the same figures under the OECD rules.

Does this mean I will have to pay tax?

Not necessarily, and this tool cannot tell you. Selling your own used belongings at a loss is treated differently from reselling at a profit, and the rules differ between countries. In Germany, for example, selling ordinary used personal items generally stays tax-free even if the platform reports you. The job of this tool is to have your figures and your proof ready when you need them.

What counts as proof?

A photo of a receipt, a screenshot of the listing, a bank transfer confirmation, a chat with the seller or a PDF — anything showing what you paid. You can also add a link to the listing. If your proof is on paper, you can mark it as held yourself.

Can it connect to Vinted and import automatically?

No, and we would rather be straight with you than promise too much. Vinted only offers an official interface for Vinted Pro business accounts, and only on approval; ordinary sellers do not get one. eBay and Etsy do have official interfaces and we intend to add automatic import there later. Anything else would breach platform terms and risk your account being closed — we will not do that. So import works through a file you export yourself.

Do I have to install anything?

No. It opens in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. On a phone you can add it to the home screen and it gets its own icon, like a normal app.

Where are my data and attachments stored?

Only on your device — records in the browser, attachments in a local database. Nothing goes to a server. In the full version that also means you make the backup: one click saves a file you can load back at any time. The trial has no backup on purpose: it is for evaluation, and whatever you enter there stays there and is lost if you delete the file.

What happens if I cancel?

The tool returns to the free level of the full version, and your records stay on your device. You keep the backup and export you already have. We delete nothing, because we have no access to it in the first place.
